Prices
All prices include VAT. No contract is created until we have accepted
your order. Prices do not include delivery charges.
Delivery
The Delivery charge of £5 is for the U.K Mainland only. (excluding Scottish Highlands)
If you require another delivery destination you must first phone
or e-mail Toytastic to receive details of the extra shipping charge
and order processing procedure. Delivery will usually be made between
2 and 3 working days of the order being processed.
Next Day Delivery is £15 and is usually available on
request, depending on delivery destination. Please e-mail or phone
with details of the order (before 3pm Monday to Friday only) and
we will give you a quote and details of the order processing procedure.
Please note only UK Mainland orders may use the next day delivery
service.
Stock Checker
Please note that all orders are subject to availability. It is important
that you check the item is in stock before you place your order,
by sending us an e-mail using the Stock Checker button or by phoning
on 0844 561 8876
Payment
Cheques
We accept crossed cheques drawn on a UK bank and paid in pounds
sterling made payable to: Toytastic
Orders will be dispatched when the cheque has cleared, please allow
5 working days for clearing.
Credit/Debit Card
Secure on line credit card purchasing can be used by clicking the
buy now buttons next to the products. Alternately you can purchase
goods by phoning or posting Credit Card Details. We accept Visa,
Mastercard, Visa Delta, Switch, JCB, Eurocard and Solo. Please note
we do not like sending products to addresses different to that of
the card holder.
Refund Policy
You can return your order for any reason at any time within 7 working
days of receipt of the goods for a full refund or exchange providing goods
are in a re-saleable condition. Postage costs are a fixed cost and the
goods purchased cannot be returned unless those goods are damaged or
faulty and in that case we will refund the full cost of returning the product to us.
Please check the return address with us before returning, by emailing info@toytastic.co.uk
When returning items we strongly recommend you obtain a free proof of
posting from the Post Office, as we will not accept responsibility
for parcels lost in transit
