We aim to provide high quality toys with a service to match. All
of our toys are from leading suppliers, ensuring first class products
that will entertain your little ones for hours.
Out of stock items
In the unlikely event that you place an order with us and the
items are out of stock, we will inform you of how long the items
will be out of stock, and give details of an expected delivery time.
If you are unhappy with this delivery time, we will supply you with
a full refund.
Damaged Goods/Spare Parts
If on receipt of your purchase and the item you receive is damaged
in any way we will either supply you with spare parts to replace
the damaged parts or arrange collection of the item and deliver
a new product.
Spare parts for older products can also be purchased from Toytastic,
simply email spares@toytastic.co.uk with your spare part enquiries.
We offer a full spare parts service from batteries to nuts and bolts!
Warranties
Any warranties do not cover parts which have been subject to
general wear and tear, damage caused by incorrect assembly, neglect,
improper use or insufficient maintenance
